Elite Method Coaching – Indemnity and Waiver

By downloading the Elite Method Coaching Trainerize App and the Elite Method Coaching Program (the Program) I agree to and understand the following:

1. DIET AND NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION

None of the meal plans or exercise programs from Elite Method Coaching should be performed or otherwise used without prior clearance from your physician or health care provider. Elite Method Coaching employee is a medical professional and the information provided by Elite Method Coaching is not intended to provide specific health advice and should not be relied upon in that regard. The dietary tips provided by Elite Method Coaching are not reviewed by a qualified dietician and are based on personal achievements and experience.

2. PHYSICAL ACTIVITY

There are inherent risks in participating in strenuous exercise and I acknowledge that I will consult my doctor before beginning any exercise program.

I acknowledge that I will disclose to Elite Method Coaching any health condition that I am aware of that would put me at greater risk.

In choosing to participate in the Program I acknowledge that I do so in awareness of the risks described above.

Elite Method Coaching shall not be liable for any injuries resulting from participation in the fitness program and I agree to expressly release and discharge Elite Method Coaching and any connected party from all claims, actions or judgements resulting from an injury or other damage which may occur in connection with participation in the Program.

3. REPRODUCTION OF CLIENT MATERIALS AND COPYRIGHT

Elite Method Coaching will request my written consent before using photographs from their events/sessions for promotional purposes.

All materials produced and owned by Elite Method Coaching as a part of the Program are subject to copyright protection and no such material shall be reproduced, sold or transmitted without the prior consent of Elite Method Coaching.

4. RELEASE AND INDEMNITY

In signing this release, I acknowledge that I understand its intent and I agree and will absolve and hold harmless Elite Method Coaching and any other parties connected with the Program singularly and collectively from and against any blame and liability for any injury, harm, loss, inconvenience or any other damage or any kind whatsoever which may result from or be connected in any way from or be connected in any way to my participation in the Program.

5. PAYMENT AND COURSE DURATION
I acknowledge that by agreeing to participate in the Program payments will be direct debited from my nominated bank account on a weekly basis.
I acknowledge there is a minimum initial 8 week period upon starting and should I choose to no longer participate in the program anytime after the initial 8 weeks I will give Elite Method Coaching a minimum of 2 weeks’ notice.I acknowledge that after my initial 8 week period, I can pause my participation in the Program, and the debit of payments from my nominated account, for a total of four weeks, either concurrently or separately. 

6. MAILING LIST
I acknowledge by joining Elite Method Coaching I am subscribing to her mailing list. If I wish to unsubscribe from this mailing list I will opt out of subscription via the emails sent.
